Genex Showcase Miniature Museum is a Smithsonian-type museum that covers over 60 years of collecting and more than 2000 pieces of historical and pop cultural characters. These are mostly rare items representing people, places and events that have virtually disappeared from the scene.
The museum galleries cover Creation vs. Evolution, Structures, Transportation, Sports Hall of Fame, the Arts, Entertainment, Innovations, Civil War, Space, People/Places/Events, Toy Hall of Fame, Worth and the Children's and African American galleries.
The museum is currently doing mobile exhibits and is seeking a location and facility to display its items to the public. The museum character displays can be viewed at facebook.com/gsmm.org.
